Soft skills
They are known as skills that serve to manage our human relations in a work environment. Although they do not appear as academic achievements in our CV, they are in great demand when it comes to looking for and evaluating personnel.
Some examples, among the many soft skills that exist, are: having a flexible attitude in the face of changing circumstances, capacity for empathy, resilience and ability to manage conflicts in moments of tension. Be careful not to confuse them with Hard Skills.
