270º assessment

In a 270-degree performance assessment, Subordinates (people in charge of a team leader) assess how their Supervisor carries out their activity.
 
Giving an opinion about a Supervisor (Upward review) through a formal mechanism, allows the subordinate to offer a constructive and respectful vision that will not only help the Supervisor, but can also help improve the professional relationship between the two.
 
For senior management, knowing the opinion of middle management employees will help them promote those leadership styles that are most successful and detect problems without them getting stuck at the supervisory level.
