Culture Add
Culture Add is a recruitment method that looks for what a person can contribute culturally to the organization, thus consolidating the diversity, equity and inclusion -DEI- objectives of the companies and, at the same time, creating more innovative and higher performing teams.
Unlike Culture Fit, which looks for people who fit a specific culture, Culture Add looks for employees who bring something different to the company, people who contribute on the basis of a common set of values and ethics.
