Intellectual capital
- Human capital: includes the skills, education, and experience of employees within an organization and who add value to the company. It can be increased through training. An organization's human capital also shows how effectively resources are being used to help employees reach their potential.
- Relational capital: encompasses all the valuable relationships an organization has, including its employees, customers, partners, suppliers, etc.
- Structural capital: refers to organizational culture, intellectual property, innovation and all non-physical infrastructure. It is the knowledge and value that belongs to the structure and processes of an organization.
