CONTRACT PRE-CONDITIONS

At this point, you are initiating the process of engaging a service for utilizing the HRIDER software, which is owned by the company HRIDER in motion, S.L. with CIF B93538221, and its registered office located at Calle Severo Ochoa 27, 29590 Málaga, Spain.

The steps to complete the purchase successfully are as follows:

  1. Selection of the specific service type.
  2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use.
  3. Confirmation of the selected service's details and conditions.
  4. Selection of the payment method and payment for the services.

The acceptance and contracting process for the use of HRIDER's service will be considered complete once payment for the selected services is made.

The amounts specified are final for the User and include all applicable taxes, fees, and expenses.

Prior to confirming and accepting the service, you have the option to revisit any of the contracting steps. In any case, when confirming your order, you must review and confirm the information, as well as make any necessary modifications or corrections.

HRider in motion, S.L. accepts the following payment methods for this transaction: credit or debit card payments through an electronic payment gateway provided by a bank, and bank transfers.
Regarding credit or debit card usage, this electronic payment process is subject to the terms and conditions established by the banks that operate such systems. HRider in motion, S.L. assumes no responsibility for this process.

This transaction is subject to all applicable laws and regulations within the Spanish legal system.
